I am a PhD Candidate at Johns Hopkins University in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering. I am advised by Dr. Howard Katz where I currently work on the design, fabrication, and analysis of organic thin-film electronics to improve the compatibility of polymer dielectric and polymer semiconductor interfaces for enhanced charge carrier mobility as well as enhancing the dielectric breakdown strength of polymer dielectrics through the inclusion of organic small molecule crystallites in polymer blends. I also study the use of organic field-effect transistors as electrochemical vapor sensors which exhibit high sensitivity and selectivity through measurable reactive chemical mechanisms.
