Professional production assembly skills with leadership experience in marine and transmission assembly. Work with production planners to ensure on time delivery. Coordinate with engineers on new projects being developed for assembly. Work with quality department to minimize scrap and to achieve continuous customer satisfaction. I worked with the VP of Operations to develop Gemba tracking that is currently used for assembly cells at Twin Disc. I have trained, developed, and supervised many employees in assembly techniques and practices.

Howitzer Section Chief that supervises a team of 10 to ensure team members are providing fire support in an extremely rapid and precise manner. I ensure the developmental counseling and career path progression continues with the soldiers under me. I’m a highly motivated individual that graduated Advanced Leadership Course as honor grad, Basic Leadership Course on the commandant’s list, and earned the distinction as my class’s first sergeant. I also completed the U.S. Army’s Air Assault course.
