Performed teardown and completions on the TFE731 engine. Models -2, -3, -4, -5, -20, -40, -50, and 60. Complied with hourly compressor zone inspections (CZI), compressor zone repairs (CZR), and an occasional Major Periodic Inspection (MPI). Preppared engines for test cell evaluations and performance. Borescoped engines prior to and after test cell runs as well as accomplishing test cell in progress maintenance. Meticulously inspected the engines after test cell for any descrepancies prior to quality and sending the engine to the cutomer.

Directed and planned the maintenance efforts of 300+ personnel executing the maintenance and repair of 26 aircraft worth $650 million.Planned and implemented daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules for flying and maintenance, coordinating them through all applicable agencies.Analyzed aircraft maintenance metrics to identify and correct adverse trends to maximize aircraft safety and reliability.
