Aquatic Supervisor
CurrentLead a team of 120 lifeguards, instructors, and support staff in daily operations, safety checks, andprogram scheduling. Conduct regular staff training to maintain high preparedness and responsiveness during emergencies. Develop and manage aquatic programs, including swim lessons and swim team activities, resulting in increased participation. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Supervises swimming activities and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed. Warns swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforces pool regulations and water safety policies. Resolves scheduling conflicts to create safe pool environment and ensures shifts are covered.
