Performed program evaluation as part of a 7 person data analysis team, for employer clients of a health and wellness coaching product, for a 500 employee private sector coaching company.Participated in a strategic initiative with the Director of Analytics to redesign annual reporting processes using modern data science tools, including R, Python, and Git. Historical processes which involved copy-paste-modify workflows, and manual construction of PowerPoint decks were replaced with parameterized R markdown scripts and notebooks which automated processes end-to-end. Python scripts were implemented to allow abstraction of complex database interactions (e.g. parameterized SQL statements), and Git was used to make team review of modifications easier to follow via code “diffs”.
