CurrentCreate and provide key elements of programming across multiple platforms designed to educate and support individuals and families• Plan, establish, and execute virtual and physical programming designed for adults and youths with a focus on insightful problem solving with responsible and ethical decision making• Collaborate with team members to fabricate systems of communication involved with providing education and support• Manage communication platforms focused on individual and family contact points with the goal of facilitating interest, attendance and participation• Create platform elements focused on program/event management tasks/timelines and goals of other key roles involved in achieving the desired mission goal for the organization• Generate reports and compile trends that measure the metrics of continued interest in program attendance, audience generation and participant satisfaction• Maintain and generate contact with individuals and families attempting to utilize the platforms of support and education provided by the organizationOversee the logical and technical aspects of creating points of contact that fulfill the following:1. Discover new individuals and families that may benefit from the aid, support, and educational elements of new and existing programs2. Capture and protect important details provided and allocate that information in a manner that best benefits the individual or family3. Encapsulate data provided by prospective parties with the goal of providing targeted and meaningful support and education4. Retain and maintain audience interest across all platforms of program- focused engagement5. Generate reports and summaries using large subsets of data provided in new and existing points of contactDevise collateral materials pertaining to all aspects involved in audience generation, new and existing outreach, continued contact, data and information collection, satisfaction evaluations, campaigns, physical and electronic mailings
