CHES Foundation is committed to inspiring awareness and self-reliance for patients with chronic health conditions, their families, and their communities.
CHES, founded in 2009, was formed by three friends who all have hands-on experience with chronic health conditions. Noticing a void in patient education, the founders decided to form CHES to provide patients of chronic medical conditions the knowledge and support to help claim their independence. CHES is currently owned by Janet Brewer and Eric Lowe.
With the help of funders, CHES prides itself in offering those in need with various resources, but primarily by on-site, patient programming.
