As Director, my focus is on expansion through strategic partnerships. I currently work with government entities and three hospital-based health systems, and Community Care Ambulance has now expanded into four counties. Additionally, I develop new business through marketing and sales efforts. Directed public/private partnership with County EMA to create a backup center that answers and provides EMD instructions in overflow situations coming from County 911 center. Increased net revenue 35% while experiencing 27% volume reduction through streamlined processes, team development, customer negotiations, and innovative new business models. Developed and implemented “Live Billing” where claim is processed and invoiced in less than 24 hours, with 70% being invoiced within 15 minutes of call completion. Reduced operational deficiencies related to documentation 90%+ by created process for 1:1 training with field providers. Designed, marketed, trained, and implemented new business line for Dispatching Fire Departments in conjunction with EMS.
