Over the course of my enriching career in education, I've honed various personal skills. As a primary school teacher in Leicester city for 6 years, specializing in key stage 2, I developed strong classroom management and effective communication skills. During my 3 years at a pupil referral unit, where I worked with students excluded from primary education, my adaptability and patience were crucial in addressing diverse learning needs.In my role as an autism outreach teacher for 2 years, I further refined my empathy and understanding, fostering an environment conducive to the unique requirements of individuals on the autism spectrum. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated a persistent commitment to inclusive education, underpinned by my ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
