The primary purpose of this position is to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to re-engineer existing and develop new Divisional business processes, to manage and lead critical Divisional projects, and to lead the strategic direction, identification and prioritising of enhancements of student experience systems focusing on, but not limited to, the Student Customer Relationship management (CRM) System and other integrated and supporting systems.
