Serves as the Program Manager for the Virtual Training Programs (VT) and Battle Command (BC) Integrator for the Training Support Systems Division, Training Support Activities Europe (TSAE). Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Technical Oversight Representative (TOR) for VT systems to include Reconfigurable Vehicle Tactical Trainer (RVTT), Virtual Clearance Training Suite (VCTS) , Combat Marksmanship and Advanced Marksmanship Simulation System (Gunfighter Gymnasium), Virtual Stinger Trainer (VST) and Squad Advanced Marksmanship Trainer (SAMT).Provide training/ operations interface between the government, tactical units and contractors. Assists in the development of training aids, devises and simulators to include virtual programs, systems upgrades, system tests and life cycles. Provide government oversight of contractor team support,records management, tracking and reporting of training provided to units and overall virtual training capabilities in USAREUR/7th ATC footprint.

• Appointed Simulations and Mission Training Officer for all training on Fort Bragg.• Equips Mission Training Complex (MTC), with Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVCG) integration, networks and facilities assessments.• Plans, programs, budgets, and executes a contract budget of over $26.5 million. • Advises Department of Defense contractors on how to achieve a successful Live and Virtual training experience. • Analyzed training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs• Effectively managed and integrated the Senior Commander Installation Need and Issues (SCINI) database for 1.3 Million worth of projects.

• Hand-picked as Brigade Simulations Officer of the Army’s most diverse Fires Brigade • Supervised the coordination, execution, and integration of live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulations. • Managed team of senior observers during a capstone training event in the Republic of Korea.

• Delivered modeling and simulation support for the development, testing, and utilization of a $3.4 billion program.• Operated as primary maneuver subject matter expert for Close Combat Tactical Trainer.• Synchronized Army divisions, schools and centers for new virtual training requirements.
