Christopher Lee Bulatewicz: CEM, CCP, CEA, LEED APSpecializes in optimizing the energy efficiency of the built environment. Over 15 years of hands on experience in the high-tech building industry. Varied experience includes third party commissioning, existing building commissioning, energy auditing, consulting, energy performance contracting, energy management, master systems integration, drafting, and mechanical design.Technical proficiency has benefited a wide variety of building types: Educational facility experience has ranged from new K-12 school construction, to re-commissioning existing schools, to support of energy performance contracts in K-12 and higher education settings. Healthcare experience includes commissioning of major mechanical retrofits on large hospital campuses to small-scale clean room, operating room, and MRI retrofits in various hospitals and medical facilities. Government facility experience has involved court houses, capitol buildings, a military installation, and over a dozen federal office buildings across several states. In 2016, acted as Lead Commissioning Engineer in the certification of the first LEED Certified State Capitol Building through the Arc program. Other experience includes commissioning services for major airports, data centers, office buildings, libraries, laboratories, municipal buildings, fitness centers, warehouses, call centers, high rises, shopping malls, and retail stores.
