Learning about technology has always been something that excited me. Growing up, I took great pride in becoming the family fixer upper and enjoyed typically mundane tasks like setting up everyone's computer or teaching my grandparents how to use the technology we often take for granted. Tedious at times, but definitely worth the effort.During my experiences I've learned the importance of not just getting the work done but also listening to your audience and adjusting the information to best suit their individual needs and levels of understanding. All of the roles I've filled so far have allowed me to continue to do what I enjoy most; figuring out what makes systems work and helping people better understand and use technology to better their lives.I never stop asking questions, I investigate topics I don't understand, and I am never afraid to admit I need help when I'm over my head. All of my experiences have brought me to the point I am now, and I know that if I continue to learn my abilities and knowledge can only increase.
