I run lead to a large kitchen and organize all cooks on the line. I am the last man the food sees before it goes to the customer. All our menu items are a specific recipe that must be followed, if it is not up to my judgment in quality, I will not serve it. Before I was able to run lead I was only on prep where I demonstrated knife skills when cutting meats and vegetables as well as knowing food safety. I have no problem working in a fast-paced environment. Interested in pursuing a career in sports or entertainment marketing.
