This included pilots related to intelligent line sensors, battery energy storage systems for distribution, and microgrids. This included developing partnerships with several functional groups both internal/external. The programs required new process to be developed as well as new analytics for reporting to the commission to support new programs. Senior Project Manager / Customer Account ManagementAs the senior project manager, I was responsible for key customer accounts and large projects/programs within the company. This included developing customer action plans and driving business development for different clients. Projects and programs varied in size from $50k to $15M.
