He managed the agency's SUNCOM services include Public Safety delivered by the Statewide Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS); and E-911 services. Emergency Management Services for communications and procurement.All traditional voice communications; IP voice (VoIP); video & audio conferencing; wireless communications; high speed data networking; call center; 800 services; and long distance services are delivered over the MyFloridaNet. He successfully implemented grants that provide advanced services in areas such as broadband infrastructure build-out and E-rate support. All of these services are billed through the SUNCOM OaSIS system which provides ordering, consolidated billing and inventory control to customer.
