Responsibilities include installing new equipment, troubleshooting existing equipment, protocol document creation, commissioning document creation, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation, equipment upkeep and updates, creating new labeling recipes on Welier Labeler VR-60s for production use, creating new formats on the Dividella NTx Cartoner, In-Sight Explorer use for Cognex Vision systems, travel to other manufacturing facilities for FATs and equipment touring, communicating with vendors from various cultures, map out new procedures and rooms for new equipment or for moving existing equipment, Blue Mountain systems use, Salesforce systems use, opening, working, and closing Change Controls for various projects, working closely with Quality Assurance to ensure all work is compliant with FDA and company standards.

Department Lead for the Packaging and Labeling process. Responsibilities include operate labeling machines, training new employees, training for existing employees on new processes and machines, Batch Record completion and review, report daily progress to department Supervisor, update components in SAP, and update department associated documents when necessary.

Basic packaging line operations. Responsibilities included loading products for labeling onto machines, inspecting labeled product for defects, packaging products, inspecting packaging materials for defects, machine operation, and palletizing.
