Primarily tasked with the creation of the 2015 Facilities Guidebook, which contained a detailed list of all activities that the facilities department managed. The guidebook was a how to book on daily tasks, such as creating floor layouts, organizing the mailing system, and recording and maintaining employee ergonomic balance. The Guidebook had to be written in an efficient, easy to communicate fashion, allowing for me to hone my writing abilities.
