I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I have 6 years of aircraft maintenance experience in demanding, mission-oriented actions directly supporting flight-line operations. I primarily worked on military Boeing 707 KC-135R/T aircraft, however I have minor experience assisting maintenance operations with C-130, RC-135, C-17 and JSTAR airframes. I have knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems and principles and can interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings. I am an FAA Airframe and Powerplant licensed mechanic.I currently represent a third party logistics company and lead up to 10 people in three different locations across the Boeing South Carolina site. I meet and maintain two independent production cycles in a fluid, fast-paced manufacturing production environment. I directly interface with production mechanics, team leads and managers, providing customer service support while minimizing lost production time. While working with the USAF and Key Logistics Solutions, I have actively participated in establishing and maintaining precision measurement inspection cycles, hazardous materials and waste management, hazard communications, workplace and industrial safety, 5S and inventory/tool control and accountability. These experiences lead to my team being nominated for 2 separate awards throughout 2017. We were the winners of the second-quarter Boeing South Carolina Quality Cup and were nominees for the Boeing enterprise-wide Ergo Challenge.
