Collaborated with administrators and technology officers in Advana to set requirements for third party IT developers on data integration, data access control protocols, API parameters, testing, and evaluation. Negotiated and integrated all specific functions and their requirements from multiple DoD stakeholders, and other agencies/organizations inside tracking system reviewed in weekly standup meetings. Analyzed the government and contractor technical reports, results of reviews, and determined the progress and technical adequacy of the project, as compared to an approved project baseline for cost, schedule and performance.

Owned and operated a business with 16 water vending machines positioned in contracted locations spanning two states. Managed relationships with businesses hosting location of machines and payments to them based on machine sales reports. Monitored health of machines through cellular services to determine the need for contracted repairs and maintain optimal performance for customers. Contracted repair services for regular maintenance and emergency repairs on an as needed basis.

Facilitated daily standup meetings for scrum teams to categorize tasks in progress, responsibilities based on positions and identify any impediments that needed to be addressed. Liaised with Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) daily to determine new prospects and brief team on updated expectations and responsibilities. Worked with engineering teams integrating new equipment and software packages for aviation collection assets. Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, business analysts, testers, developers, IT specialists, and contractors. Prepared training manuals and training schedules for onboarding of new software packages using cloud-based data transmission, management, and dissemination of information. Managed a team of Imagery Analysts for government customer assistance with Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) data management and administration for JIEDDO-COIC. Worked with administrators and developers to create SQL database accessible through multiple Intelligence Community (IC) software packages for Intelligence analysts to access geospatial information through metadata associations. Managed, planned, and implemented the operations of systems monitoring, application monitoring, and privilege access management. Supervised and trained ISR Team members on producing viable information-based evaluations of theatre asset management in conjunction with definitive explanations of platform capabilities. Also served as COIC LNO to JIATF-E to assist analysts with compiling Human Intelligence (HUMINT) data and COIC data to further their exploitation efforts through Source Directed Requirements (SDR) based on strategic organizational needs.

Managed a team of 4 to 6 personnel to fulfill collection requirements set by the customer for ISR platform missions from urban to high mountain terrains in Iraq and Afghanistan. Facilitated daily standup meetings to identify responsibilities, progress of workflows, and any impediments that needed to be addressed. Coordinated with other teams to provide real-time information to Tier 1 ground assets during operations. Direct involvement with mission/flight planning, asset briefings/liaising, customer support and final product generation and dissemination. Managed strategic collection efforts in collaboration with multinational intelligence agencies amongst Coalition partners. Constructed and implemented collection plans for high-ranking Al-Qa'ida officials, Jaysh Al-Mahdi leaders and organizations from other countries infiltrating Iraq for malevolent purposes. Spearheaded the creation of a new Task Force to further the targeting and exploitation of international Shiite insurgency groups operating inside Iraq against Coalition Forces. Provided guidance to junior research specialists and collectors on their cases and performance to further career development and skills.

Owned and operated a franchise business to design and sell custom window treatments to consumers. Managed purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable, and required training to conduct business with 20 vendors contracted through the franchisor. Maintained membership to Business Network International Pittsburgh Chapter to find and support other businesses operating in similar or collaborative industries. Provided consulting services to customers for product selection and design options to suit the target environment. Managed marketing efforts through the use of multiple advertising venues to include presentations at large scale Home and Garden Expos. Supervised a team of 16 Human Intelligence Collectors in support of SOCOM operations in Iraq. Advised subordinate collectors on interrogation techniques based on specific needs. Reviewed collection plans, reports and techniques of subordinate collectors. Coordinated with analysts to promote collaboration amongst teams to further exploitation, dissemination of information, and fulfilling both strategic and tactical requirements. Facilitated standup meetings twice a day to accommodate 24-hour operations and assure all parties have a clear understanding of efforts made and efforts still needing completion. Apprised senior leadership of workflows, status updates, resource allocations, and any impediments that needed escalation for resolution.
