By God's Grace I was blessed to manage the daily operations of the church staff, ministries, finances, facilities, vendor relationships, and legal interests. Seems like a lot but it was a joy to serve with and develop an incredibly talented staff.

Co-Founded a leadership training organization with Dr. Don McMinn that taught both ministry leaders and business professionals. The curriculum focused on 12 Indispensable Leadership Skills that every leader must possess. We were blessed to teach several thousand leaders and personally worked with numerous organizations around the country to implement a systematic and thorough leadership development process. As a result we consulted with churches on HR, Staff Leadership, Discipleship Strategy, Measurable Metrics, Campus Utilization, and other growth and health topics.

I started at the lowest sales position in the company selling voice communication to small businesses with my largest customer using $2,000/month of services. Within 3 years I managed $100,000,000 in business for the company. This was accomplished through hard work, a service mentality, and being willing to take on projects and customers that no one else wanted. This was a very challenging yet rewarding season from which I learned many lessons still being applied.
