About Rick Cadden, Cca, Ccba

As a veteran Church Business Administrator, I understand the value and importance of integrity, character, and work ethic and how those play into what every church staff is looking for to operate the church in a God honoring fashion. Too many times we hear about messy operations within the church that causes questions and problems thus causing distrust from the congregation. I have spent my tenure in developing transparency and accountability in financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting into church operations. One of the problems many churches face is when the administrator only supervises. I am not bashful with being hands-on in any area of church administration but also know the mission of a strong leader.One of the most disappointing things I see in church staff is a dysfunctional team. A group of people working in the same building is not a team. A team consists of individuals working collectively for one purpose. Team building is a passion that I love working on. Whether it be building relationships, attending retreats, sharing projects, or planning together, church staffs must be a functioning team. Everyone has input and thoughts and ideas, and a team will listen to each one before they make a decision.
