My experience with the group includes working on ‘disability exemplary’ projects in accordance to BS8300 (‘Accessibility of Buildings Guidelines’) as a benchmark for attaining best practice. All projects are done in accordance to the RIBA stages. Through my involvement in various projects, communication has been essential for a successful outcome.COMMUNICATION SKILLS:• I learnt to actively listen to the project team members in order to understand client requirements , issues and concerns.• I learnt that project success is also dependant on team collaboration by supporting other team members and encouraging each other.• I enjoy working as part of a team and the learning opportunities that come from that.
