Manage all aspects of customer accounts including quoting, job tracking, price tracking, submittals, contract management, delivery and invoicing. Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts to secure volume, gain market informationand grow business. Use Sandler selling system to extract value for CEMEX and grow volume and profit margin.Communicate with dispatch, operations, quality control, safety and credit for all aspects of customer accounts.Job site visits with customers to review safety before concrete delivery. Meet with customers to discuss job schedules and delivery expectations.
