I am currently working at my local Tesco superstore as a customer service assistant on the checkouts and assisting customers with their shopping to provide good customer service on a full time basis. I have gained a lot of recognition for the work I have put in by receiving good customer feedback and achieving a bronze medal for delivering consistent excellent customer service during my time there so far. Alongside this, I have been volunteering at my local Cancer Research UK shop in Bromley for over three years serving customers on the till and sorting donations that have been donated into the shop.I have gained recent experience within administration by working as a volunteer at the head offices of Cancer Research UK as an administrative assistant for two days a week which I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of. My role consisted of working within fundraising by typing up and sending letters of acknowledgement to thank supporters who have donated gifts towards the charity and entering subsequent data onto a database related to that gift.I would like to build a career working within a charitable organisation which combines working in customer service as well as mainly working in an administrative role, preferably within fundraising alongside the skills I have gained as I have good knowledge of the charitable sector and enjoy the work that I have done so far that has been offered to me.
Listed skills include Customer Service, Retail, Charity Work, Merchandising, and 2 others.
