Develop, implement, and coach World Class Safety Culture behavioral based safety program to deliver a sustainable interdependent safety culture to the client. Quantify and report progress of project to client at appropriate levels of management. Active involvement in planning and delivering shore base training courses to client including Leadership training, Management systems, Personal accountability, Communication, People devel-opment, and Engagement. Provide coaching of program to on shore management team as well as offshore team. Audit client safety management systems at all levels and make recommendations for improvement. Develop innovative and effective products along with acquiring new business. International assignments include:

Carry out incident investigations along with Near miss reports. Medic/EMT duties, Scheduling of shore base training courses, administering rig based training courses, maintain life saving equipment, hospital equipment, fire fighting equipment, and life boats. HR, Employee benefits and Payroll support. Promote DODI policies and procedures and safety programs. Audit the rigs safety systems for compliance to company policy. Perform post-accident and random drug screening of employees. Perform full Risk Assessments along with training of employees on procedures. Helicopter Landing Officer duties, rig orientations and inductions of new employees. Maintain rig standards that meet current SOLAS, MMS, US Coast Guard, Code of Federal Regulations, NOPSA, and host country regulations. Contact point for customs and Excise clearance during importation for drilling program. International assignments include: Australia, Gulf Of Mexico, Egypt, Norway and East Timor. Rig assignments include: 5th Generation Super B Class Jack –up, 4th and 5th Generation Semi – Submersible rigs.
