For example I have become quite flexible and am able to adapt to rapidly changing situations. As a teacher, occasionally lesson plans don't work out as you expected, requiring you to implement changes on the fly. Additionally, many unforeseen events such as suddenly combining multiple classes or age groups together, or including large groups of tardy students midway through class activities require quick thinking and immediate action. Improvisation, thinking on your feet and the ability to deviate from carefully planned materials are some of the invaluable assets I have cultivated during my experience as English teacher in Korea.
