I produce ice cream as part of a production team in an industrial environment. I communicate within the team to adapt to evolving demands throughout the production process to maintain a consistent pace with minimal interruptions. I work to maintain a standard of cleanliness that satisfies federal food regulations. I train new associates on the various machines within the production room. Occasionally will support drivers on delivery routes.

I worked as a cashier and front end service clerk for two years where I quickly and efficiently processed customer transactions. As a center store clerk, I sorted truck deliveries, stocked product to the shelves, rotated product around the store and maintained inventory for various departments. As a part time associate, I was given management responsibilities within the dairy department which consisted of cleaning out the department of old product, reorganizing the way product was maintained, ordering new product and installing systems to improve efficiency within the department. I adapted to varying demands throughout the store as needed.
