I am currently the Senior Customer Service Engineer at CDNetworks and I take pride ensuring that my customers receive the attention they deserve. I also have a very strong interest in technology and am quite proud of my quick learning speed. I enjoy reading books and keeping up with the latest gaming trends. I am also self-studying in new technological fields such as Ruby and HTML and am currently going to be attending classes to practice my third language, Japanese.
