Instructed students in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Keyboarding and Creative Writing courses. These classes were not credited and provided adult enhancement courses for the local community. The classes I taught were not on a regular schedule due to seasonality and student interest. Most recently I am teaching Meditation for Beginners during the summer and fall semesters, and in the fall I will be adding the history of Buddhist philosophies and traditional Buddhist thought, included with a more advanced Meditation course.

My job included overseeing as many as 170 employees, 3 Shift Managers and 3 Product Control Managers in two warehouses, one a 5 acre frozen warehouse and another 3 acre warehouse, storing, shipping and receiving over 950 SKU's. Responsible for Hiring, Firing, Working with Union issues and Union Negotiations. Author of the Corporate Distribution Manual for all frozen warehouses within company. Managed and maintained all computers on premises as well as initiating, the transformation from RF inventory control system to 801.11 technology. Assisted in redesigning supply chain from corporate warehouse distribution system to forward warehouse distribution system. Designed and assisted in oversight of video security system consisting of approx. 25 cameras throughout the facility in order to maintain security of facility as well as record and document any lift truck accidents. This video system was also utilized to review loading of customer trucks to help determine the validity of customer shortage claims. At times this facility shipped 1 million lbs. of product every 8 hours as well as receiving production from plant, managing product segregated for quality control issues and maintaining an accurate trace and recall system for all SKU's with 100% accuracy. Planned outside storage for production that was beyond warehouse inventory turns and/or warehouse overflow.
