Since January 2022, I've been honoured to serve as the Digital Integrations Manager at DBM Vircon. In this role, I've been able to delve deep into diverse and transformative projects.Gamification Division: As a visionary, I led the creation of the Gamification Division within DBM Vircon. This innovative venture expanded the company's service offerings and opened up new revenue streams for the company. My tasks included developing proof of concepts using Unreal Engine 5 and Twinmotion 2022, strategize business plans, handle recruitment, prospect clients, draft proposals, and oversee delivery of gamification projects.Maximo & Forge: Leveraging my specialization in BIM to FM integration workflows, I've been actively engaged with Navisworks, iConstruct, MxLoader, Maximo & Forge. Currently, I am dedicated to the WestConnex and Cross River Rail projects. I'm also collaborating with the development team on DBM Vircon Connect, enhancing a Forge based viewer with additional features and user interface.Wiley Project: Serving as a Senior Digital Project Manager for Wiley, I have been pivotal in integrating them with Autodesk Construction Cloud. I've been involved in creating workflows, documentation, videos, and training content, ensuring seamless ACC usage, including Docs, Build, Design Collaborate, and Cost modules.

At DBM Vircon, I had the opportunity to grow into the role of a Digital Project Manager. I undertook significant projects, driving innovation and efficiency, while managing diverse teams.Mercedes Autohaus Newstead Brisbane Project: As the Project BIM Manager, I ensured successful BIM coordination for construction and played a vital role in expanding our project scope to include BIM360 for commissioning and DAQRI Augmented Reality scopes. I was fortunate to work in close collaboration with our valued client, John Holland, creating a robust partnership that was integral to our project's success.Cross River Rail Project: This $5.4B project was a fantastic opportunity for me to utilize my expertise in service trades and 4D. I was intimately involved in BIM Management, effectively working alongside the client to ensure smooth project execution.Queen’s Wharf Project: For this $3.6B project, my background in MEP was crucial for meeting the technical modelling and information requirements. I had the privilege of defining and negotiating level of information/level of detail requirements between the client (DBC) and consultants, playing a key role in the success of BIM to FM on this major project.Maximo Integration: I spearheaded model management, federation, COBie deliverable, and integration of BIM into the Destination Brisbane Consortium (DBC)'s chosen facility management software, Maximo. I was deeply involved in the $3 billion Queens Wharf development, executing detailed reviews of technical processes to create COBie outputs from various authoring software and mapping it through to Maximo.Additional Projects: My project management skills were further honed through several other projects, including the BCC - Brisbane Metro, Additional Capacity Detention Centre, New Youth Detention Centre, Inland Rail (4D Synchro), and BHP – South Flank.

During my tenure at Aurecon, I worked as a BIM Manager, gaining experience across diverse industries including transport, the built environment, defence, and mining.
