• Build and manage relationships with external client/employer networks, including building on existing relationships and developing others to manage and assist with the planning & marketing of QSuper's products and member services.• Generate new business income by formulating and implementing member win-back strategies to attain targets.• Ensure clients are aware of organisation’s propositions, products and initiatives.• Support the building of awareness & understanding of the value of employers, influencers and other non-member market participants to deliver improved processes and service delivery.

• Proactively engage with QSuper members through outbound phone calls, adhering to scripts and procedures to educate and influence member behaviour toward achieving better retirement outcomes. • Provide guidance and general advice that is consistent with values of cross-selling, up-selling and member retention, with a focus on improving member engagement with QSuper products and services. • Identify opportunities and facilitate qualified referrals to specialist advice areas, ensuring member requirements are well matched to service offering and sufficient details are obtained to enhance member experience within this process.• Communicate effectively at all levels (including written, verbal and interpersonal skills) to positively influence and persuade with specific regard to member retirement outcomes and resolution of conflict. • Focus on developing strong customer relationships by continuing to add value to the member through education, fault resolution and proactive account management.
