Current• Train domestic and international staff in data collection practices and quarterly reporting, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry and management in Salesforce.• Conduct regular assessments and collaborate with leadership to improve data quality and staff proficiency across 3,800+ international program centers in 38 countries.• Update and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards quarterly, providing critical insights to leadership.• Ensure timely receipt of quarterly data by coordinating with over 80 stakeholders, minimizing delays in the reporting cycle.• Developed and proposed new dashboards in Salesforce and Excel, enhancing data management systems and providing actionable insights for leadership.• Assist with the implementation of Logalto, a new Monitoring and Evaluation software, working closely with IT and leadership to develop the system's structure. This includes participating in meetings with key stakeholders.
