The Yorkshire Grey was an independently owned pub based in Holborn who had plans to expand to a further five sites following investment from Imbiba.I had been hired to oversee the expansion of the kitchens as the Executive Chef, unfortunately due to Covid 19 the company struggled financially and was returned to Stonegate, the leaseholder.As a Kitchen Manager for Stonegate I have navigated the reopening of the kitchen during trying times and recruited and trained a new team of Chef’s.

Watch House is a chain of high end coffee shops who operate a fresh brunch menu in tandem with a pick up and go offering in central London. As the Head of Food it is my job to innovate both offerings whilst managing a multisite kitchen operation and maintaining financial control of the food costs. In addition I manage our central production unit and the logistics of delivering food and sundries to our cafes.
