My Initial role at EE was within the Mobile billing department, where we I worked to provide our customers with the best customer service possible ensuring their loyalty and long term support. My role involved working closely with customers through mobile customer care, specialising in billing related queries. Every day is different and the job has helped me develop confidence and authority when speaking, as well as adaptability with each customer presenting new tasks but also new opportunities, which allows me to enrich my customer service and ensure a pleased customer.

My role at Gaming Sandbox was focused on writing quality content for the site. My pieces focused primarily on upcoming and past indie video games, via opinion pieces, news , and reviews. Several of my pieces reached the original developers as well as being popular on the website.

I worked for my accommodation as a student ambassador. In my role I was responsible for ensuring that any issues that arose out of hours were dealt with accordingly, this includes ensuring the wellbeing of students. Furthermore, I was also tasked with planning and hosting events on behalf of the accommodation this allowed me to develop my creativity and gave me hands-on albeit basic marketing experience. Some of my largest contributions during my time at this job have been aiding in the accommodation achieving the best individual accommodation award of 2021.I also aided in the creation of a workplace guidebook to aid in the transition of new employees into the student ambassador role.

Working primarily as a member of the fresh team, my role was to monitor stock and ensure that it was properly rotated and available to the customers, other duties involved dealing with customer enquiries and serving as a cashier. During my time at this job, I received much positive feedback for my performance and service to customers.

In my role at Drapers I was tasked with many different responsibilities, but my main ones were making sure that the customers who came into Drapers had a helpful and productive experience, assisting them with any queries they had as well as doing other general tasks such as serving on the till and cleaning up. Toward the end of my time there, I also assisted with deliveries.
