Throughout my career with Ensign Drilling, I have held multiple positions. Starting with the 5th man position, Floorhand, Motorhand, Derrickhand, Relief Driller to my position held as Safety Captain. In all my positions, I have always presented myself in a leadership role to others I work with. In my position held as Safety Captain, I routinely held safety meetings, pre-tower safety meetings, meet and greets, review job safety analysis, POA with Ensign employees, Chevron DSM, and any third parties that may be working with us, coach/teach/train safety practices and regulations, perform hazard hunts, and consistently coordinate job tasks.

2005—2013—Business OwnerGolden State Awning CareMy company performed awning cleaning/sealing, window cleaning, and pressure washing services. During my ownership of the business, I continually built a large customer relationship base in my local area, as well as outside territories. I managed each job from the initial contact of the customer, the scheduling of work, the production of the work, to the final AR collections of the work. I built great customer relations with all my clients and took great pride in the services we provided. I sold the business to be able to concentrate more on my career path in Safety.

Responsibilities: Interior and exterior construction from small repairs, remodel, new additions to current structures, and new construction projects. I also held a Foreman type position in being assigned to manage teams on particular projects.
