• Serve as back-up for certification of video and access control files for Police or administrative investigations.

• Oversee and Manage internal virtual platform of department to ensure functionality of front-end/back-end system capabilities.
• Support the Director of Transportation Services in creating and maintaining a compliance program to ensure appropriate use and allocation of systems, procedures, and resources.
• Serve as internal team lead in the planning, implementation, testing, maintenance, and deployment of new and current systems.
• Establish and maintain data integrity through appropriate backups, audit trails, creation of user, group and access group policies.
• Serve as systems admin of all external departmental systems and perform proper updates, patching, troubleshooting, upkeep and maintenance as needed.
