As the manager of the Small Air Terminal's Passenger Service Section, my primary role was to ensure compliance with Air Guard, Air Force, and Department of Defense regulations. My duties also included maintaining a regular inventory schedule for equipment, performing inventories, creating passenger manifests and logs, filing and creating reports on operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and working to improve processes and policies where and when necessary.

After my training, I was part of a Contingency Response unit. Our primary job was to ensure proper and safe transit of passengers and cargo throughout the DoD Transportation System in times of crisis. I have experinece working with passengers and in inter-service operations. My experience includes, but is not limited to explosives handling, aircraft and tractor trailer loading, cargo preparation, customer service, and working in teams from three to fifteen people.
