Founder and CEO of Echoserve, which merged with Sonora Medical and Barrington Medical to form Unisyn Medical Technologies. Managed Unisyn's field sales, service and parts depot operations. Had complete P&L responsibility for Unisyn's diagnostic imaging field service business. Corporate Officer, member of Unisyn Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Managed the company's largest end-user and channel-partner customer relationships. Key part of the management team that supported the sale of Unisyn to GE Healthcare in May 2013.

Founded Echoserve. Company Officer, member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Raised significant private equity investment capital. Grew start-up from 1 employee (me) to an organization of well over 100. Recruited and hired every key employee. Targeted and supported the acquisition of more than 100 clinical end-user and channel partner customers. Drove effort to license and integrate strategic digital x-ray technology from Dalsa, Inc. (Ontario, Canada). Secured banking relationships, including a $2 million Line-of-Credit with Silicon Valley Bank. Assisted in the design and help manage the construction of a new 25,000 square foot facility. Lead the acquisition of Sonora Medical Systems and formation of Unisyn Medical Technologies.

Provided executive leadership for all Sonora Medical sales and marketing activities. Brought in key technical and operations management to support significant company growth.
