Oversee business development strategies of various service lines. I am responsible for increasing company visibility and acquiring and cultivating community relationships with community stakeholders, and new and existing donors. I represent the Executive Leadership Team at company and community events.I oversee all Development and Marketing Programs for CRMHS and supervise two positions (Development Associate and Community Care Partnerships Liaison) plus additional department vendors for communications, lobbying, grants, and special events. My role also requires me to lead the CRMHS Philanthropy Board Committee.I represent the agency in the public arena such as the Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and other high community engagement events. I also collaborate with HR on recruiting and building a positive employee culture.

I was responsible for all business operations for the Humane Society which included overseeing the Animal Control Division and Officers, staff development, developing and managing nearly a two-million-dollar plus budget, contract negotiations with city and county municipals, and implementing the non-profit executive board-approved strategic plan.While at the CCHS I expanded community outreach and fundraising footprint through SW Washington.I executed a 5.5-million-dollar capital campaign for a new regional facility and improved and modernized workplace culture. Before I left HSCC, I implemented a free clinic for the homeless population and a free spay/neuter campaign for Cowlitz County's stray cat population.

As the Executive Director for the Coastal Conservation Association Oregon, I develop and support the executive board and sub committees by networking with local business and community leaders that have a vested interest in the recreational fishing industry. I work side by side with key volunteers on direction of organization; while collaborating with the chairmen of subcommittees, ensuring projects and the CCA model are working at the highest level possible.CCA Oregon fundraises through banquets and special events. All dollars raised in Oregon, stays in Oregon and go directly into the CCA Oregon conservation projects with very little overhead. The culture of giving with in CCA Oregon is improving significantly through a "Sustaining Fisheries Enrollment" campaign. CCA Oregon has balanced its annual budget consecutively for the last four years and showed increased in individual member and corporate giving.I provided leadership and support to a government relations team; which includes contract lobbyists and regional fisheries director. Together we develop and execute grassroot campaigns that lead to a change in policy and how fisheries are managed. The Coastal Conservation Association is one of the most well respected fishery conversation nonprofits in the country. In Oregon we have accomplished more, in less time and is respected due to the success of the implementation of the CCA model in Oregon. CCA Oregon is leading positive change for our local fisheries here in Oregon.

Responsibilities included the planning and marketing of the 2014 camping season for all Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. I am developed budgets for all camps, training and advancement events. Worked with the council Vice President of Program in developing a successful council program that will increase the camping activities throughout the Western Washington area. This includes annual summer camps, council camping events and jamborees.Worked with Council Executive Committees to oversee the success operations and development of all council properties. Camp Hahobas, Camp Thunderbird, Camp Curran, Camp Killworth and Camp DelizineAssisted the council Vice President of Program in recruiting and developing committees to oversee operations of following programs: Camping, Risk Management, Shooting Sports, Aquatics, Climbing and COPE, Advancement, Training.

Started off as a college practicum course. I accepted an offer as a part time position while enrolled at Eastern Oregon University. Tasks and assignments included: escorting inmates to court appearances, intake process for incoming inmates, finger printing, general security procedures and inmate supervision to include hand cuffing, pat-downs and cell searches.
