Providing support to the Estate Agency arm of Countrywide's retail network. This involved the creation of brochures as well as processing sales and exchanges. My role later focused on providing support and advice with regards to Countrywide's leading Launchpad tablet technology. This Launchpad support includes manning an active inbox that received over 53,000 emails during 2016 while liaising with our suppliers in order to ensure that our listers and our customers can smoothly list their properties on the market. I also help maintain our internal records of these users to ensure we can provide the best support to the users, their branches and their end customers.In addition to this role I have helped test new developments for the business, including the Launchpad, which has involved ensuring that bugs are accurately logged as well as regression testing performed to ensure existing functionality is preserved and affected when new software and changes are rolled out.Finally I also help with some MI reporting for the inbox as well as any additional reports that may be required.
