Greetings! I graduated from Temple University with a dual Bachelor's of the Arts in English and Spanish in May 2018. The highlight of my educational experience was an immersive, Spanish-only semester which included a study abroad in Costa Rica that helped me become fluent in Spanish. Most recent, I was promoted to Patient Services Coordinator within Penn Medicine as a means to incorporate Coding and Billing into my role.Hobbies include:- Writing poetry, fiction, and memoir pieces- Playing and leading a baseball team centered out of West Philadelphia focusing on the inclusion and encouragement of Queer and Transgender identifying individualsAcademic and Professional Highlights include:- Community College of Philadelphia: Anne and Andrew Abel Writing Contest Award Winner (May 2015)- Temple University Latin American Studies Semester Certificate of Completion (May 2017)- Penn Medicine Experience Week: Extra Mile Award (September 2020)Additionally, I enjoy multitasking and am always eager to learn new things. As such, I have developed years of experience in offering warm and friendly customer service (including over the phone), working as lead and support on group projects, managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments, writing in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, utilizing Microsoft Office, and much more.
