• Coordinate graphic development process from design to print production.

• Manage projects (budgets, timelines, prepress) for all packaging clients.
• Provide clients with art development solutions and product history while incorporating best practices and processes in flexographic reproduction.
• Provide additional support for commercial clients to ensure seamless customer support.
• Training new employees for packaging and commercial clients.

• Responsible for day-to-day service and support including job planning, tracking and estimating for packaging and commercial clients.
• Create and maintain databases to track historical information.
