• Coordinate graphic development process from design to print production. • Collaborate and provide design and print production solution. • Team leader in the planning of projects and workload. • Manage budgets, timelines, design and pre-media requirements as well as print production trends • Create reporting tools and reports for the Art Development and Print Production stages of the graphic development process. • Provide workflow improvements (related to quality, turn-time and price) for Beck and Georgia-Pacific through the historical review of projects in an effort to highlight best practices and where process improvements are possible.

• Manage projects (budgets, timelines, prepress) for all packaging clients. • Provide clients with art development solutions and product history while incorporating best practices and processes in flexographic reproduction. • Provide additional support for commercial clients to ensure seamless customer support. • Training new employees for packaging and commercial clients.

• Responsible for day-to-day service and support including job planning, tracking and estimating for packaging and commercial clients. • Create and maintain databases to track historical information.
