I possess experience operating within a Project and Programme Management environment within consultancy and ICT where I have been able to support the analysis and delivery of projects. This has included establishing robust and comprehensive project governance and control. For example, I have created and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) for a large portfolio of ICT projects as well as being a Project Manager across a range of local government contracts. Throughout my career I have ensured there was comprehensive project governance in place to track progress, review budgets and changes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. I have worked closely with Portfolio Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and costs are managed accordingly. This has involved working with finance personnel to track expenditure and cost savings as well as ensure overall technical requirements are delivered upon.I have also been responsible for providing support and analysis to deliver internal projects. I have planned and developed internal projects alongside management and colleagues covering process improvements, technology projects and changes to client service delivery. I have also project managed projects throughout their lifecycle including reporting, budgets, cost savings, and risk management. I have established and worked across a portfolio of projects including the overall project governance and have the expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills where I have been able to build long lasting relationships with internal colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers. I enjoy a challenge where I am able to contribute to the success of the organisation while being part of a fast-paced dynamic environment and team.
