I project managed aspects of projects including the planning and development in line with internal colleagues to ensure projects are set up for success. This has involved monitoring project progress against key milestones and targets including identifying opportunities to improve working relationships with partners and improve the client relationship management process.For example, I undertook a comprehensive analysis of key processes and gained feedback from multiple departments to lead the redesign of these while devising, implementing and embedding global client facing strategies across the organisation to ensure a consistent approach while enhancing efficiencies. I managed a wide range of product development projects within a corporate training environment ensuring these are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.I also developed the strategy documentation and leading the roll-out of the new strategy across the global client base as part of ongoing client management and strategic positioning in the wider market. I undertook a range of assignments for various agencies including labour across a dairy plan, traffic counts and analysis and staffing the winners’ parade at the Cheltenham Gold Cup race week ensuring exceptional customer service was delivered.

I developed and delivered Key 3 and Key 4 Science lessons and Key 3 Mathematics ensuring lessons are engaging and considering pupil’s individual requirements. I also actively encouraged participation within the class to encourage confidence and using relevant examples to explain concepts further.
