Responsibilities include implementing new Integrated Payables banking services for clients, managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously with various degrees of complexity, obtain resources to complete implementations, performing calls with bank partners, clients and project managers to ensure accuracy of the project scope to establish banking and payment services, provide guidance on test file issues, processing client files in a user acceptance testing environment, answer concerns and questions during the implementation process, assist resolving issues that may occur related to the implementation, interactive bank and client training prior to implementation completion and providing the client with a positive payments solution experience.

Responsibilities include implementing new and completing maintenance of Integrated Payables banking services for clients, managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously with various degrees of complexity, procure resources to complete implementations, performing kick-off calls with clients, project managers and various internal partners to ensure accuracy of information provided to establish banking services, provide and review file requirements with clients, processing client files in a user acceptance testing environment, answer concerns and questions during the implementation process, assist resolving issues that may occur related to the implementation and providing the client with a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities included implementing Treasury Management online banking products and services for commercial clients, participated in system upgrades and testing, assisted customers with system applications, entered requests into the system for processing, processed requests to add, delete and modify bank products for clients, researched external and internal client issues with Treasury Management products, reviewed positive pay items for processing, researched and corrected lockbox payment issues, tested positive pay files, trained new employees and answered level two internal trouble service calls.
