Since graduating from the University of Brighton in 2013, I quickly chose to specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and sought to gain experience working in a variety of settings including NHS clinics, Private hospitals and GP practices. This has included time as a First Contact Practitioner, working in Primary care to provide timely and accurate triage, diagnosis and treatment for patients in a GP setting. I have most recently been working as a Clinical team lead, managing a large team of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths in a busy mixed private and NHS clinic, building on management and leadership skills accumulated in previous roles.I enjoy treating a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions, however, have a keen interest in Spinal rehabilitation and lower limb injuries. I have vast experience within Orthopaedics, working with post-surgical patients through the whole journey from immediately post-surgery in a ward setting, to outpatient rehabilitation and return to full function. I aim to utilise a broad range of therapeutic techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy, Extra-Corporeal Shockwave therapy, Acupuncture and tailored exercise prescriptions. I have completed post graduate training in Acupuncture, Pilates, Shockwave therapy and Low Back pain rehabilitation.
