Program Coordinator
CurrentAnalyzes Stage Type Inspection (STI) Reports for federal-aid projects with a contract value of $10,000 or more. Follow-up with Resident Construction Engineers (RCE) to ensure that all STI reports are submitted to the Office of Business Development and Special Programs once the dollar value reaches 25%. Reviews all STI Reports to ensure that the appropriate documentation is submitted and contractors are in compliance with FHWA 1273. Conducts In-Depth Equal Opportunity (EO) Contractor Compliance Reviews, focusing on contractors who have been awarded contracts of $1 million or more; ones who have received complaints of discrimination; and ones who have multiple federal-aid contracts. Assists with conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination on federal-aid projects. Processes project award letters (state and federal). Reviews all documents to ensure that information is accurate prior to entering in the EEO Database, Compliance System, and Preconstruction/Partnering database system. Responsible for coordinating the Office of Business Development and Special Programs attendance at Preconstruction/Partnering meetings. Ensures that information regarding the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, External Equal Opportunity (EO) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program (if applicable) is disseminated during the meetings. Processes and reviews Project Closeout documentation and provides EO Clearance to the DBE Reporting Unit prior to the Final Estimate being issued by the Resident Construction Engineer (RCE). Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
