I have been working in Optics for almost 10 years. I started out as an Optical Assistant and through my love and passion for the job I have worked up to the position of Retail Store Manager and Clinical Technician.I have completed the Institute of Leadership and Management during my time at Specsavers and this has allowed me to gain great knowledge of how to Manage not only a team but myself and gain the best results possible as a team and leader. I also have gained certifications in dispensing, as well as completing my clinical technician BTEC. Learning gives me the drive to constantly better myself and my knowledge. I’m extremely passionate about eye care and bringing a level of service and comfort to each and every patient myself and my team encounter, giving them the confidence and security of knowing they made the right selection and maintain their loyalty and return custom.I have a very bubbly personality, I pride myself on diversity and allowing each and every patient I encounter to feel like they are not only receiving a top level service but feeling like they are reviving a personal and tailor made service.
