Furthermore, I efficiently maximized deductions and credits by determining the correct dependency, post-secondary education, and living status for the individual. Overall, this process allows me to file Federal and California State Tax Returns for not only residents but also non-residents and foreign individuals partaking in academia.

As a treasurer and signatory of the Fishing Society at UCLA, establishing a financial foundation in the organization is my main priority. From simply bookkeeping expenses on spreadsheets to creating financial statements--income statements and statements of retained earnings--on a monthly period basis, our financial department was able to make the managerial decisions necessary to benefit the members and the organization as a whole. An example of this is when we used our profit margin ratio to see how suitable our funding, entertainment, and sales were to the organization's allocation of expenses. We realized that we needed to decrease miscellaneous expenses and increase membership fees to account for the amenities we give our audience. This newly established financial reporting system allows us to reach new endeavors as a long-lasting organization of UCLA.

Shipment and stock management are the most attentive obligations: lifting over 200 pounds of product, spending 2 hours in a 38 Degree Fahrenheit cooler, stocking 2 semi-trucks of product 2 times a week, and signing off shipment documents for the company. Furthermore, the protection of customers from external misconduct is necessary for this 35 to 40-hour-a-week night shift position.
