I supervise a crew of 25-30 employees. I am responsible for ensuring that our operation runs as smoothly as possible with duties including, but not limited to: working with the plant manager and senior supervisor to plan how the operations will work for the day/week, instructing employees on how to achieve our plan, fixing tools and automated equipment (PLC driven) as necessary, ensuring all employees are wearing proper P.P.E., conducting weekly safety meetings, billing out customers picking up loads, creating and updating documents used for daily operation such as inventory sheets and log sheets as well as miscellaneous documents for other things, taking an accurate inventory, entering loaded trailers into our system, entering the inventory and ensuring it matches in house inventory, and sending e-mails to have replacement tools shipped out and picked up. As a forklift operator my duties included safe operation of a sit-down style forklift, accurately filling out paperwork and clean-up as well shutting down facility. I have maintained a clear safety record and recently recieved a raise for my excellent performance.

I held multiple positions for Ensign Drilling, Gunnison Energy, and K.P. Kaufman Drilling. My duties mostly included hard labor, cleaning, and forklift operation, but also included training new hires, maintaining equipment, and some data entry. ]
