I supervise a crew of 25-30 employees. I am responsible for ensuring that our operation runs as smoothly as possible with duties including, but not limited to: working with the plant manager and senior supervisor to plan how the operations will work for the day/week, instructing employees on how to achieve our plan, fixing tools and automated equipment.

I held multiple positions for Ensign Drilling, Gunnison Energy, and K.P. Kaufman Drilling. My duties mostly included hard labor, cleaning, and forklift operation, but also included training new hires, maintaining equipment, and some data entry. ]
